Receiving Your Product

Once you receive your product, please inspect it within 7 days of delivery. If you notice any issues, contact us via email or report it through our Warranty Form page. After receiving your notification, return the product for inspection to confirm the issue. We will provide detailed instructions for the return process; please do not send products back without first receiving guidance from our team.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

The warranty is valid when a product is installed and used according to the provided instructions. It does not cover issues resulting from improper installation. Any aesthetic concerns, such as color and fitting, should be reported before installation. For products requiring electrical installation, the warranty is void if installed by an unqualified person. We may request proof of qualified electrical installation, such as an Electrical Safety Certificate.

We are not liable for direct or consequential damages, losses, or expenses resulting from misuse or incorrect installation and operation of a product. If a warranty service call is made and no fault is found, or if the issue is due to improper installation or use, the customer may be responsible for a call-out service fee and/or repair costs.
