Are trade professionals eligible for discounts?

Yes, we provide exclusive trade pricing across our entire range of products.

Is the trade discount fixed?

The discount varies depending on the type of product and the size of your order.

Is there a minimum spend required to receive trade pricing?

To qualify for trade rates, your order must total at least $800. For smaller purchases, please order through our online store.

Who can apply for trade pricing?

Trade pricing is open to qualified professionals including contractors, builders, designers, architects, developers, and commercial businesses with a valid ABN.

Shipping & Logistics

Where do your items ship from?

We dispatch most items from warehouses across Australia, with some select items sent from New Zealand.

What is the shipping fee for trade orders?

We charge a standard shipping rate of $50 for the majority of trade orders.

How soon will my order be sent?

We aim to ship all trade orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been processed.

Returns & Product Guarantees

What is the return policy for trade purchases?

Requests will be assessed on a case by case basis. If returns are approved, then products will be refunded minus a minimum 25% restocking fee. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the payment date, and refunds will be processed after confirming that the products have been returned in their original, unused condition with the original, unmarked packaging. Products cannot be returned if they are custom-made; they are scratched, marked, or otherwise altered; or if they were installed in locations under bright lights at night (such as street lights) that may cause the product to mistakenly perceive it as daytime. A restocking fee may apply.
